Oby Ezekwesili, the presidential candidate of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria (ACPN), has explained why she met with former military president, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida.
The meeting which lasted for hours held at the retired general’s house in Minna, Niger State.
According to Mrs. Ezekwesili, she made it clear to IBB that, “Nigeria must be taken out of the clutches of the Old Order”.
The former Minister of Education wrote on her verified Twitter page on Monday: “I had a very candid conversation with former head of state, Ibrahim Babangida in Minna after my speech on Human Capital Development at El Amin School yesterday.
“I made it clear that Nigeria must be taken out of the clutches of the old order. This is our mission.”
